African Black Ducks found their freedom

Earlier this week six beautiful African Black Ducks found their freedom here at the Friends of Free Wildlife Center, after spending the past three months in our care. From tiny fluffballs to elegant and regal juveniles, their transformation has been incredible to witness. As they hit the ‘big’ water for the first time, they put on the most joyful display – a true celebration of life and freedom. Moments like these are a powerful reminder of the impact of the work we do at our rehabilitation centre. It’s stories like this that make us proud to be a part of something so meaningful.
